Job Summary

Own LinkedIn and social storytelling for Ensemble’s healthcare revenue cycle audience, turning data, audience insight and executive visibility into a repeatable content engine.

  • Content & Editorial: Own LinkedIn and priority-channel content strategy, editorial calendar, and right mix of news, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Executive & SME Amplification: Coordinate with leaders to raise visibility and align content cadence and amplification plans.
  • Measurement & Iteration: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and run quick tests to evolve topics, formats and distribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bring Ensemble’s social strategy to life through high-quality, execution across priority channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Own day-to-day social content planning and publishing, including maintaining the editorial calendar and delivering the right mix of news, announcements, thought leadership and campaign content.
  • Drive engagement and audience growth through consistent, compelling content that reflects Ensemble’s voice, credibility and point of view in the healthcare and rev cycle space.
  • Shape ideas, not just execution, bringing forward concepts informed by data, audience insight and what is resonating now, while being flexible and agile.
  • Write, edit and refine social copy with strong instincts for tone and clarity, and create quick-turn assets (simple graphics and templates) using tools such as Canva.
  • Partner with internal leaders and client spokespeople to strengthen executive and SME visibility on LinkedIn, content cadence and amplification plans.
  • Support community engagement, including comment monitoring, real-time interaction on priority posts and escalation when needed.
  • Use social monitoring and publishing tools to track conversations, flag opportunities and support timely engagement and responses.
  • Track performance across social and content marketing using defined KPIs, with clear views into what is driving awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting (dashboards, monthly recaps and campaign summaries) that is easy for stakeholders to understand and act on.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content marketing or social media.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for news, timely storylines and strong points of view.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, including executive and SME strategies across owned and earned channels.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices and platform policies, with confidence using analytics to guide decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media management, monitoring or content platforms (Sprout Social or similar) preferred but not required .
  • Experience in a multi-faceted, cross-functional environment
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Required Certifications: CRCR or other approved certificatio n

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar preferred but not required.
