Job Summary

Own Keystone marketing and communications to increase visibility, support fundraising, and translate impact into accessible stories across website, social, email, and events.

  • Content & Channel Ownership: orchestrate content across digital and print to drive awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Brand & Messaging Governance: ensure consistent, accessible storytelling aligned with mission and program impact.
  • Fundraising & Program Storytelling: collect stories, design materials, and support outreach to connect new audiences to Keystone’s mission.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that enhance Keystone’s visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Manage Keystone’s marketing and communications activities ensuring messaging is consistent, compelling, accessible and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and distribute content across digital and print platforms including Keystone’s website, social media, email, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Collect content and design materials to support fundraising, promote programs and connect audiences to Keystone’s mission.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Advancement and leadership to reflect Keystone’s impact and support strategic goals.
  • Manage marketing projects with timelines, approvals, and asset-use guidelines.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, invitations, reports, presentations, signage, and digital assets.
  • Develop engaging content for Keystone’s website, social media, and email communications.
  • Capture video and photo content of spaces, staff, events, and participants to educate and share experiences ethically.
  • Ensure digital content is current, accessible, and aligned with messaging.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Three to Five years of experience developing marketing and communication plans to grow agency awareness.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and adjust plans as needed.
  • Experience creating, managing, and updating social media, websites (Wordpress, Squarespace), and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards and develop consistent visual and written communications.
  • Collaborative approach with other departments to grow outreach in the community.
  • Data analysis experience preparing reports and delivering successful marketing and communication strategies.

Preferred

  • An advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp).
  • Non-Profit, community-based, or mission-driven organization experience.
