Responsibilities

• We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager who will own the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This is not a strategy-only role — this position is responsible for coordinating, producing, and delivering marketing materials and communications across the business.
• This role is hands-on and execution-focused (Coach-player role)
• Responsible for owning deadlines and deliverables
• Embedded in the day-to-day operations of the business

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role
• Strong experience coordinating events, print, and marketing materials
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator required)
• Experience managing website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience working with trade publications or industry advertising
• Familiarity with Zoho tools (Social, Marketing Automation, Analytics)
• Experience supporting sales teams with marketing materials
