Job Summary

Own social content creation, scheduling, and campaign support across platforms with a focus on scalable communications, newsletters, and performance reporting for a healthcare nonprofit audience.

  • Ownership: maintain marketing calendars and content schedules, create graphics and digital materials for educational programs, and support website updates.
  • Metrics: monitor engagement and help report marketing performance, participate in virtual planning meetings to align on projects.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms. - Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and communication strategies. - Assist with the development and distribution of bi-weekly electronic newsletters for healthcare associations. - Create graphics, promotional materials, and digital content for educational programs, conferences, and membership initiatives. - Help maintain marketing calendars and content schedules. - Monitor engagement and assist with reporting on marketing performance metrics. - Support website and digital communication updates as needed. - Participate in virtual planning meetings and collaborative marketing projects. Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in marketing, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or a related field. - Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technology.
