Responsibilities

• Support content creation across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Assist in the development of thought leadership content, including articles, newsletters, and webinar promotions
• Support internal communications, including newsletters and company-wide announcements
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-driven content
• Build and maintain campaign calendars to track deadlines and deliverables
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather content inputs and ensure timely delivery
• Research industry conferences, speaker submission deadlines, and event opportunities
• Pre-populate and draft promotional content for upcoming events across multiple channels
• Support campaign execution by organizing assets, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Junior–Senior year students preferred
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Interest in marketing, communications, or the life sciences industry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn required
• Experience with design tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
