Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and execution of various marketing materials and initiatives including brochures, advertisements, websites, social media campaigns, and direct mail pieces.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and manage social media presence.
  • Identify new opportunities and direct multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Direct and support multiple projects concurrently using project management best practices.
  • Provide visionary leadership for individual projects and overall marketing strategy for programs and the organization.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to support a comprehensive and consistent brand strategy.
  • Strategically manage Frost Valley’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, Instagram) to maintain top-of-mind awareness.
  • Monitor content creation and respond to sales-oriented inquiries or program questions; address content potentially damaging to the Frost Valley brand.
  • Prepare organization-wide statements of support and plans for major communications initiatives including crisis communications.
