Job Summary

Own content creation and design across graphic, video, and social channels for Ramah Movement, ensuring brand consistency and asset management while supporting strategic marketing cycles.

  • Graphic Design & Visual Content: plan and produce social graphics, email banners, presentations, and event materials.
  • Video Production & Multimedia Content: plan, film, edit, and publish video content with graphics and captions.
  • Social Media Management: maintain a content calendar, post across platforms, and drive community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email banners, presentations, and event materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets.
  • Video Production & Multimedia Content
  • Plan, film, edit, and publish video content for social media and email communications.
  • Edit footage, add graphics, captions, music, and other multimedia elements.
  • Social Media Management
  • Create engaging content, combining graphics, videos, stories, reels, and written posts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar across social media platforms, with emphasis on sharing content from across the Ramah Camping Movement.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist with community engagement.
  • Marketing & Administrative Support
  • Create Constant Contact emails.
  • Support website updates and content management.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communications, graphic design, media production, or a related field.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Basic video editing experience using software such as CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to complete work with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Alignment with the core values of the Ramah Camping Movement, including fostering a connection to the land and people of Israel.
