Job Summary

Lead the school's integrated marketing and communications efforts to support admissions, fundraising, and community engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote the school’s mission, achievements, and vision across all internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all departments, events, and materials.
  • Develop and produce print materials including viewbooks, annual reports, campaign collateral, event programs, and ad books.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for web, print, social media, and in-school use.
  • Manage campus branding initiatives including signage, wall wraps, and environmental design.
  • Manage and grow the school’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar aligned to school events, admissions cycles, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the school’s website (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, timely, and on-brand.
  • Analyze performance through Google Analytics/Looker Studio and platform insights; present findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, targeting prospective families, current families, alumni, and community stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role; experience in a school or nonprofit setting is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills across both internal and external audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative instincts and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Graphic Design or creative direction is preferred
