Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly marketing reports across all channels, coordinating Social media with external digital partners.
  • Compile and track all marketing initiatives into a centralized reporting system for an agency-style view of marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update a monthly marketing analytics dashboard, completed by the first Friday of each month.
  • Collect and organize reporting inputs from internal team members and external marketing partners.
  • Write, edit, and prepare marketing communications including Newsletters (eCRM), Blog posts, Press releases, Promotional campaigns and announcements.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of communications.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to produce finalized, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Ensure all communications are completed and distributed on schedule.
  • Audit, organize, and maintain the Marketing Department’s Google Drive and file structure, including Marketing assets, reports and dashboards, and campaign documentation and archives.
  • Establish and maintain scalable systems for document organization and version control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong writing ability required (portfolio or examples preferred).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and accuracy.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR).
  • Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.
  • Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time; must lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Post Offer Background check and drug screening may be required for new hires.
  • Normal Office Hours 8AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday; occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on marketing initiatives.

Preferred

  • Internship or prior experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
  • Background in journalism, creative writing, or communications strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or content management systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Marine, boating, or action sports industry experience or interest is a plus.
