Job Description

Drive marketing and donor engagement for Team Makers at NDSU through campaigns, social content, and website updates.

  • Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns promoting Team Makers membership, events, and fundraising efforts.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content calendars, and deliverables.
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with Team Makers and NDSU Athletics branding standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, sports management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable design tools.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Experience building and distributing email communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or athletics-related environments.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems.
  • Interest in athletics, donor engagement, and community-based organizations.
