  • Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing and BD materials, pitch decks, thought leadership, communications, social, events, email campaigns, competitive research, onboarding, awards, web presence, and advertising.
  • Responsibilities: Draft and proofread client presentations, bios, pitches, proposals, and collateral.
  • Responsibilities: Update case studies and qualification repositories.
  • Responsibilities: Advise on marketing strategy with competitive research and ROI analysis of campaigns.
  • Responsibilities: Distill complex texts into accessible formats for multiple media channels.
  • Responsibilities: Manage segment content libraries and ensure brand consistency.
  • Responsibilities: Promote tools to professionals and provide segment training as marketing liaison.
  • Responsibilities: Maintain calendars and pipelines with due dates and deliverables.
  • Responsibilities: Review data, perform data entry, and analyze gathered data.
  • Responsibilities: Support ad hoc marketing projects (events, awards submissions, etc.).
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal clients to create copy and manage design for advertising, bios, marketing and pitch materials, and collateral.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate with corporate/design teams and maintain brand standards across content types.

  • External Communications: Coordinate with design and digital teams for marketing programs and manage social media campaigns within firm standards.

  • Internal Communications: Develop internal communications around business and marketing initiatives and manage CF&R segment content on intranet and newsletters.
  • Requirements: 1 year of related post-graduate experience.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in professional or financial services industry.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Salesforce or related marketing platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
