A Communications & Marketing Advisor will help pressure-test Phantom IQ's positioning and narrative for the right audiences, working in close collaboration with the founder team. The role requires experience at senior marketing or strategy leadership and the ability to sharpen positioning and distinguish visibility from credible impact. Preferred backgrounds include brand strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market, with a lean, advisory collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • pressure-test our positioning, sharpen our narrative for the right audiences, and help ensure the story we're telling matches the caliber of the work we're actually doing.
  • direct collaboration with me and our Co-Founder & COO.
  • Time commitment is light by design — one to two hours per month.

Requirements

  • experience operating at the Head of Marketing, Communications, Brand, or Strategy level
  • understands how to sharpen positioning for a firm like this one
  • knows the difference between visibility and credibility
  • understands that distribution without structure is just noise

Preferred

  • backgrounds in brand strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market
  • If your lens is different but your instincts are sharp
