Responsibilities

• Participate in department rotations to gain a well-rounded understanding of our organization.
• Engage in professional development sessions focused on financial industry best practices.
• Work on impactful projects that provide hands-on experience in collaboration and innovation.
• Develop professional communication skills across a variety of scenarios.
• Hands-on experience supporting real marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Exposure to brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution
• Opportunity to work on cross-functional projects and see how marketing supports business growth
• Experience organizing marketing initiatives using project management and planning tools
• Mentorship and collaboration with the Marketing team and partners across the organization

Requirements

• Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Interest in marketing strategy, branding, or campaign development
• Experience working with Canva or other graphic design software preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred
