Owns Marketing & Outreach, Content Creation, and Carpentry & Project Help while learning how to convert leads into projects and support remodeling sites.

  • Marketing & outreach activities including door knocking and distributing materials
  • Content creation for social platforms and on-site project footage
  • Carpentry support, installations, and prep/worksite organization

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Knock on doors near active project sites
  • Hand out brochures and marketing materials
  • Talk with homeowners about our services
  • Help generate new leads
  • Follow up with potential customers when needed
  • Help with local marketing ideas and promotions
  • Learn basic sales and how we turn leads into projects
  • Content Creation
  • Take photos and videos of our projects

Preferred

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other content platforms is a plus.
  • Previous construction experience is also a plus, but attitude, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn are extremely important.
