Job Summary

Own the storytelling engine for Harmons, turning product and promotions into campaign narratives, coordinating with Sales and Creative, and guarding brand voice across social, email, and text channels.

  • Campaign narrative and messaging: translate product/promotions into channel-ready stories and headlines.
  • Cross-functional ownership: coordinate with Sales, VP Marketing, and Creative to align briefs, feedback, and timelines.
  • Brand integrity and measurement: ensure consistent voice and track campaign performance with channel managers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team to understand our product and support promotional calendars and sales objectives across campaign periods
  • Translate product and promotional details into a campaign narrative with key messaging that considers all channels
  • Contribute to campaign briefs that clearly articulate objectives, target audience, key message, channel direction, and timeline for Creative and channel teams
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to align campaign execution with overall marketing strategy, goals, and calendar
  • Identify the most compelling product and brand stories within each campaign and build messaging that differentiates Harmons in the market
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and key message integrity across social, email, and text channels
  • Review channel output to confirm alignment with campaign brief and Harmons brand standards
  • Write and refine campaign messages, headlines, and value propositions that serve as the creative and channel foundation
  • Submit campaign requests with timelines and communication workflows, ensuring all teams have what they need to execute on schedule
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Creative team to brief asset production and ensure visual execution aligns with campaign messaging

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign planning and execution
  • Strong written communication skills with experience developing campaign briefs, key messages, headlines, and value propositions
  • Working knowledge of social media, email, and text as marketing channels
  • Ability to gather and synthesize inputs from sales, operations, or cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into a clear, compelling marketing story
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
  • Must possess integrity, a positive attitude, and a demonstrated passion for the Harmons mission
  • Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Preferred

  • 4-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools
  • Commercially curious with an instinct for identifying what makes a product or promotion worth telling a story
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • Working knowledge of social media, email, and text as marketing channels — sufficient to brief and direct channel specialists effectively
  • Able to interpret policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
  • Possess integrity, a positive attitude, and a demonstrated passion for the Harmons mission
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
