Job Summary

Own community outreach, partnerships, and enrollment-support workflow to raise local visibility and student enrollment, while curating marketing content and nurturing school and community relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and local partners to drive program adoption.
  • Represent the organization at school visits and community events to expand reach and network opportunities.
  • Coordinate social media, Canva-designed materials, and communications to promote programs and student experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help grow community awareness and engagement through community outreach presentations and local partnership development
  • Represent the organization through school visits, community events, outreach presentations, and networking opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and local partners
  • Support business development and enrollment efforts that increase visibility, student enrollment, and community partnerships
  • Create and manage social media content to promote programs, events, and student experiences
  • Design marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content using Canva and other design tools
  • Manage client relationships from trial engagement through enrollment, including parent communication and conversion support.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of program offerings, schedules, and benefits
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding
  • Experience using Canva or other design tools for social media posts, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and building community relationships
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between marketing, outreach, and business development tasks
  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing, customer relations, education, youth programs, business development, or community outreach is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
