Responsibilities

• 1. Support newclient sourcing and followup. Assist the team with preevent preparation and onsite support for chambersofcommerce events, industry trade shows and other business networking activities.
• 2. Assist in nurturing relationships with prospects and partners via phone, email and inperson communications. Document all interactions and share updates with lead business stakeholders.
• 3. Support client communications in a professional and friendly manner, helping the team maintain positive client experiences and high clientsatisfaction standards.
• 4. Develop working knowledge of our fullsuite digitaladvertising offerings (commercial video production, socialmedia management, brand strategy, standalone / Shopify website development, crossborder marketing solutions) and accurately present our services and solutions to prospective clients.
• 5. Support execution of marketing and business KPIs to help the team hit leadgeneration and outreach targets.
• 6. Help organize and leverage the company’s existing client database and industry contacts, and maintain orderly records and documentation.

Requirements

• 1. Prior marketing–related experience at an advertising agency or hands–on experience supporting marketing projects is preferred. Outstanding recent graduates with a marketing background will also be considered.
• 2. Demonstrated ability to source and develop new clients; existing client connections or industry networks are a strong plus.
• 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong time–management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• 4. Familiarity with social–media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn is preferred.
