Job Summary
Own frontline brand experience and in-store campaigns by guiding customer interactions, demoing products, and relaying key promotions to drive interest and sales.
- Customer facing: own the interaction script and product demonstrations to deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Campaign execution: coordinate in-store marketing initiatives and maintain brand visibility across the floor.
- Feedback loop: capture frontline learnings and feed back to optimize campaigns and training.
Job Description
