Responsibilities

• Update and customize Canva templates for social media and marketing campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Source high-quality images from the web for marketing use
• Clean, edit, and prepare images for use as design assets
• Organize and manage digital marketing files and templates
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before projects are delivered
• Complete assignments independently while meeting deadlines
• Communicate progress and ask questions when clarification is needed

Requirements

• Professional experience using Canva in a marketing, design, or business setting
• Exceptional attention to detail (this is a main priority)
• Highly organized and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, responsible, and responsive
• Comfortable following established brand guidelines and processes
• Experience sourcing and editing images for marketing materials
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours
• No specific degree or educational background is required.

Preferred

• Experience working in cannabis, wellness, retail, or consumer brands
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing
