Responsibilities

• draft and edit marketing copy; run social creation and publishing on a monthly planning cycle; produce assets in Canva from our brand kits; execute client gifting, handwritten thank-you notes, and client review collection; send direct mail campaigns and track response data; keep industry monitoring and content-mining inputs fresh; support event logistics and materials.

Requirements

• entry-to-early level role
• Tools: Canva, Hootsuite, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Pipedrive, Claude/ChatGPT
• organized and genuinely enjoy a to-do list
• write well and have an ear for tone
• keep your quality up while switching between different kinds of work
• aren’t precious about mixing content strategy with packing a gift box
• speak up when something looks off.
