Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance while driving insights and optimization recommendations
  • Build and establish measurement frameworks that translate campaign performance into quantifiable business impact
  • Translate complex business questions into problems that can be solved through data to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and enhance interactive reports to empower business stakeholders
  • Utilize industry best practices to visualize data in a way that allows quick and easy insight
  • Deliver concise, clear, and actionable presentations to decision-makers
  • Communicate data in a storytelling format, engaging your audience and imploring them to act
  • Collaborate with sales & distribution partners on analytics projects to identify growth opportunities and drive activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of analytics experience
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL (including writing complex queries), R, Alteryx, or similar tools
  • 3+ years of experience developing in Tableau or other similar data visualization tools

Preferred

  • 3+ years of financial services experience
  • Familiarity and experience with B2B distribution
  • Experience with marketing measurement strategies & ROI calculations
  • Experienced in web data analytics and measurement
  • Fast learner and a strong problem solver; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and across cross-functional work groups
  • Strong written & oral communication, and collaboration skills that enable clear and concise communication tailored to various audience levels
