Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support routine reporting cycles by providing timely updates on bookings, market trends, and key industry indicators.
- Produce clear summaries and insights that help leadership and commercial teams understand market movement and customer demand.
- Maintain regular updates on commodity trends, industry reporting, and warranty tracking.
- Assist with pricing related projects, including updates to pricing tools and documentation.
- Manage change requests by coordinating analysis, approvals, and communication across teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across pricing, reporting, and analytics systems.
- Maintain access lists and support system integrity.
- Identify ways to streamline reporting and improve dashboards or automated tools.
- Support short and long-term demand forecasting efforts.
- Analyze historical trends, seasonal patterns, and market drivers to help improve forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem â solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear insights.
- Experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, and pricing structures.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, especially recurring deliverables.
- Strong communication skills to present information clearly across functions.
- Ability to manage recurring cycles while responding to ad â hoc requests.
- Comfort with fast â paced environments and changing priorities.
