Job Summary
Own the community outreach engine by building referral networks, alumni engagement, and partner programs that drive visibility and trust in recovery services.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Build referral relationships with providers and coordinate alumni engagement to sustain a steady stream of referrals and community touchpoints.
- Public Engagement & Channels: Lead events, presentations, and digital outreach to boost visibility across partners and the recovery ecosystem.
- Program & Visibility Support: Shape new ideas and community-first visibility efforts to expand reach and advocacy without losing focus on ethics and compassion.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with providers and community partners
- Lead marketing outreach, events, presentations, and digital engagement
- Oversee website and social media presence
- Coordinate alumni outreach strategies & engagement involvement
- Support new program ideas and community visibility efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Marketing, PR, or business development background
- Strong communication & public speaking skills
- Knowledge of substance & behavioral health treatment & recovery
- Genuine love & compassion for people in addiction
- Energy & excitement to advocate, educate, & inspire hope
- Strong ethics & character
