Job Summary

Own the cross-functional support and logistics that turn creative briefs into campaign-ready programs in entertainment and culture spaces.

  • Content & Creative Ops: translate briefs into decks, kickoff materials, and program concepts.
  • Administrative & Project Management: notetaking, scheduling, and distilling meetings into actionable timelines and next steps.
  • Industry Insight & Partnerships: surface trends and proactively explore collaborations with creative partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support brief and concept development, negotiation, legal, creative.
  • Assist with build-out and formatting of materials, overview decks, evaluations, campaign kick-off materials, et al.
  • Contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions; support team in idea development and build-out of program opportunities. Proactively seek out creative partners and collaborations.
  • Critical Administrative Support: notetaking, scheduling and leading meetings, ability to distill conversations into clear next steps, maintain timelines, manage and update client-facing and internal status documents, and review contracts.
  • Industry/Landscape Education: Inform the team: Stay on top of current content, storytelling, and technology trends and how those may impact the client business or our team; share informal information/links with the team as well as deeper POVs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relationship Development: Internal and across partners.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role, requiring three (3) days per week in the office; remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely
  • Proactive, has acute attention to detail and is immersed in content and storytelling (audio, film, publications, TV, social, literature, live entertainment)
  • Takes pride in ownership of work. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders and keeps key parties proactively informed throughout the project.
  • Excellent project management skills and the spirit of a true team player.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and be resourceful, flexible, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively engaged listener and presenter. Demonstrates attention during discussions. Comfortable asking clarifying questions when needed and is aware of non-verbal behavior/cues.
  • Passion for and understanding of the colliding worlds of entertainment, culture, and innovation. A strong sense of curiosity for surfacing what’s next.
