Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This role will report to the Sr. Director, Social and Influencer Marketing, helping to lead our end-to-end process, with a focus on editorial content development, influencer partnership execution, and reporting
  • Support team across content workstreams – from deck writing, concept ideation, briefing to campaign management, copywriting and reporting
  • Recommend effective talent for influencer partnerships and develop content ideas that support influencer strategies
  • Support drafting influencer contracts (along with the internal legal team), negotiate fees and manage the influencer relationship from contracting through campaign wrap-up
  • Work with team to manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met across social and influencer programs
  • Analyze social data and turn it into actionable insights as a key lead of our owned and influencer social reports
  • Partner with our sponsorship / consulting team to guide integrated social strategy and develop best practices
  • Inspire and drive innovative new social media approaches informed by current and emerging platforms / trends
  • Maintain strong awareness of the sports and marketing industry.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar, agency experience preferred.
  • Social media savvy, you have a pulse on what’s trending across the social, creator, and sports ecosystem.
  • Engrained in culture and sports landscape, keep a pulse on news, trends, and key milestones. You know trending creators, what is happening in the sports conversation on social, and have an interest across a wide variety of sports/athletes.
  • Experience identifying creators and influencers for brand partnerships.
  • Experience building social media strategies and ideating social concepts.
  • Proactive with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading and contributing to brainstorms.
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients and working with cross-functional teams, including creative and production.
  • Ability to understand social analytics and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Detail-oriented and organized.
