Job Summary

Own the US affiliate program end to end, driving DTC revenue through a test-and-learn, data-driven approach with partners and networks.

  • Network Management: run AWIN operations, negotiations, and partner onboarding for best-in-class performance.
  • Partner Ecosystem Ownership: grow diverse publishers and manage campaigns, tracking, and cross-functional alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the affiliate strategy across the US to drive DTC revenue growth in line with regional targets.
  • Shape the regional affiliate and partner plan, setting priorities for promotions, partnerships, and growth initiatives across the year.
  • Lead management of the AWIN affiliate network in close partnership with AWIN Account Managers, holding the channel to best-in-class execution and performance.
  • Identify , onboard, and grow affiliate partners across publisher types — influencers, cashback, voucher, content and tech partners, price comparison sites, and CPC cooperation's.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with the network and individual partners to maximize performance and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, profitable partner relationships while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix.
  • Plan and lead affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners and the network.
  • Own performance against KPIs — analyzing trends, drawing out insight, and continuously optimizing the channel.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support wider business objectives .

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, and/or performance marketing, including hands-on channel ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, platforms, and leading publishers.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN experience preferred) and leading commercial negotiations with partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into performance gains.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable owning relationships with external partners.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Commercially minded, with a creative, test-and-learn approach.
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating with cross-functional teams on growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tracking, attribution, product feeds, and technical execution across affiliate activity.
  • Ability to collaborate with legal and procurement on vendor contracts and invoices.
