Lead shopper marketing strategy and end-to-end execution for retailer programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategies with the appropriate vehicles to create best in class, 360 shopper campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end execution including instore, retail media, sampling, promotions and other shopper programs
  • Partner with retail media networks and marketing partners at key customers to drive revenue and share
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors
  • Manage annual shopper budget and support budgeting process in partnership with the customer finance team, including analysis and key learnings
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong project leadership skills to seamlessly bring brand assets, company objectives and priorities to life within the marketplace
  • Represent Shopper Marketing at important customer meetings and be a key stakeholder for ensuring high quality Shopper programs
  • Leverage Shopper insights, customer data and internal tools to drive conversion, efficient ROI and continuous improvement for future programming
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by immediate manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of CPG Customer Sales/Brand and/or Shopper Marketing/Agency experience required
  • Understanding of Shopper Marketing tactics including retail media, paid search, digital coupons, social, instore signage, out of home, influencers, and sampling,
  • Business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity and experience with food retail and Shopper Marketing vendors and agencies
  • Ability to provide clear and thoughtful strategy, execute campaigns and analyze ROI for shopper marketing campaigns
  • Work closely and plan with cross functional partners to work towards the same goal
  • Ability to optimize tactics by striking balance between tried & true with emerging, innovative tactics
  • Experience in managing creative process with briefing and providing feedback to internal and external creative and media partners
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, multi-tasker with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
