Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build global 360 creative marketing campaigns for Netflix’s sci-fi and fantasy series from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home and more).
  • Act as a liaison to internal cross-functional teams at every step of the campaign, from early strategy through campaign completion.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to extend campaign strategy/creative globally and maximize impact.
  • Be the main point of contact with agencies - brief, hire, manage and give feedback to create the best campaigns.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external studios, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives as needed.
  • Lead on-set capture of custom creative assets.
  • Manage budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an entertainment marketing department at a network or studio, specifically leading campaigns for priority/tentpole sci-fi/fantasy titles and franchises.
  • Ability to build world-class, culturally relevant, conversation-driving creative.
  • Ability to conceptualize and articulate creative strategy and big ideas that people will rally around.
  • Ability to tell a strategic, compelling and cohesive story across all platforms.
  • Experience with 360 campaigns, from strategy development to tactical execution (AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home and more).
  • Experience with marketing shoots.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments.
  • Effective communication to executives, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives as needed.
  • Proactive self-starter, resourceful and solution-oriented with strong judgment in ambiguity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Desire to innovate, try new technologies and disrupt marketing norms.
