Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of enterprise SEM strategies by overseeing campaign implementation, optimization, experimentation, and performance management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging AI and Agentic paid advertising platforms to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business results.
  • Drive SEM innovation through structured experimentation with emerging ad formats, smart bidding strategies, automation tools, and platform betas to unlock scalable performance gains and enhance customer engagement.
  • Champion technical enablement across SEM by advancing platform capabilities, driving integration strategy, evolving measurement frameworks, and optimizing structured product data feeds to support performance growth and operational scalability.
  • Track and evaluate performance against established KPIs, leveraging data analysis to generate strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership to optimize results and accelerate growth.
  • Partner with SEO teams to drive integrated search strategies, leveraging shared insights across paid and organic channels to maximize total search visibility, traffic, and business impact.
  • Drive financial accountability across SEM by managing budget pacing, forecasting performance trends, and monitoring spend efficiency to maximize ROI and mitigate risk.
  • Lead and inspire team members through coaching, mentorship, and structured development plans that strengthen technical expertise, deepen engagement, and drive consistent performance excellence.
  • Establish and institutionalize SEM best practices while contributing to cross-functional process improvements that strengthen governance, execution consistency, and long-term marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 8 years of experience in marketing experience
  • 5 years of experience in paid search / SEM
  • 4 years of experience with SEM and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Adobe Analytics)
  • Prior experience coordinating and managing teams
  • Experience presenting in large forums and to executive management

Preferred

  • Master’s degree - MBA
