Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Ownership: Define and own the 360-degree marketing strategy across Sephora, Amazon, D2C, and Salons to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Market Positioning: Translate brand vision into channel-specific go-to-market strategies, ensuring full organizational alignment with Sales and Brand teams.
  • Commercial Synergy: Partner with Sales to align marketing plans with commercial priorities, account goals, and sell-in/sell-out targets.
  • External Partnerships: Build and manage high-level relationships with key retail accounts (Sephora, Amazon) and agency partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Anticipate market shifts and evolving consumer behaviors to proactively adjust strategies for a competitive advantage.
  • Visual Direction: Provide strategic oversight for all merchandising, ensuring the brands' physical and digital representation is elevated, consistent, and commercially compelling.
  • End-to-End Execution: Guide the planning and execution of key merchandising initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
  • Digital Excellence: Partner with DMI to ensure the digital experience (PDPs, digital campaigns) meets the same luxury standards as our physical presence.
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel-dedicated marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, creative excellence, and high performance.
  • Fiscal Oversight: Manage the full omnichannel marketing budget, including co-op advertising, activations, sampling, and media.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Beauty marketing or Retail management.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record in managing high-stakes retail accounts, with specific expertise in Sephora and Amazon preferred.
  • Strategic Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented leader with a visionary approach to luxury brand building.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize market intelligence and financial data into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Presentation: Senior-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
