Responsibilities

• Strategy - Support the VP, Marketing Communications in localizing HQ campaigns and initiatives for US relevance where needed, and help influence global direction where there's opportunity to do so. - Bring a forward-looking perspective to the business — spotting gaps and opportunities where marketing communications could create new value. - Bring a big-picture perspective to day-to-day work, connecting individual projects back to broader brand and business goals. - Partner with the VP, Marketing Communications on strategic planning and provide recommendations grounded in market and consumer understanding. - Ensure all communications leaving the department are on-brand and consistent across all ZWILLING family of brands product lines.
• US Product Launch Readiness - Own go-to-market readiness for US-specific product launches, in addition to global products coming through HQ. - Develop and manage launch kits, sell sheets, and supporting assets needed to bring US products to market. - Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure launch materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. - Proactively take ownership of identifying the right supporting materials for each launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Management - Manage a staff of one, as well as interns and any external support. - Own and manage the Marketing Calendar, ensuring all departments are working toward the same messaging and deadlines. - Build and maintain strong working relationships across Sales, Product Management, Operations, and outside suppliers. - Oversee all fixturing and POS programs. - Perform other special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing Communications, and experience in a branded, premium, B2C consumer products company or agency.
• Experience managing people.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate high-level direction into actionable, market-relevant plans.
• Experience in POS display development, including knowledge of construction and materials, a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Sound organizational skills: planning, expediting, prioritizing, and multi-tasking.

Preferred

• Knowledgeable about branding initiatives and product / sales / retailer support materials and programs.
