Job Summary

Own end-to-end field and events programs to drive lead generation and customer engagement, coordinating strategy, logistics, cross-functional collaboration, ROI analysis, and vendor partnerships across live events and experiential campaigns.

  • Growth Engine: Drive event strategy, audience targeting, and lead capture aligned with sales goals.
  • Operations & Execution: Oversee logistics, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up for consistency and impact.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize ROI and drive pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy Leadership: Lead the event strategy for lead generation and customer engagement, developing promotional materials, lead capture systems, and target audience identification.
  • Field Marketing Execution: Plan and execute live events, tradeshows, executive events, customer conferences, and experiential campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Logistics & On-site Management: Oversee all logistics and on-site execution from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Work with sales, product, and marketing to align event strategies with business goals and sales objectives.
  • Regional Engagement: Collaborate with Revenue and Product teams to engage current, potential, and former customers.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging, booth design, materials, and event experience reflect company values and standards.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage event budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Campaign Measurement: Regularly report and analyze field marketing effectiveness, including post-event metrics and learnings.
  • Vendor & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, organizers, and industry partners.
  • Team Leadership: Coach a small team of event/field marketing professionals and maintain a calendar of impactful events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in field marketing with a focus on live events, tradeshows, and experiential campaigns.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading teams or projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in event planning tools such as Hubspot.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting to all levels of an organization and negotiating with vendors.
  • Budgeting, booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
