Job Summary

Own the local Moet Hennessy field marketing execution in Nevada, turning brand strategies into region-specific activations, distributor partnerships, and KPI-focused ROI decisions for luxury wines and spirits.

  • Local market ownership: adapt national programming to Nevada, aligning with Brand Teams and Sales for local activations and influencers.
  • Budget and ROI: manage A&P budget, assess ROI, and surface opportunities/risks to state/market leads.
  • Market connectivity: partner with distributors, retailers, and customers to localize brand vision and drive sales alongside brand equity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Localizes Brand Programming in NV; adapts programming to market needs and distributors.
  • Manages brand programming activities, analyzes ROI, and develops local activity recaps.
  • Partners with Brand Teams and Market Sales to generate high-impact local activations, including local influencers and community connections.
  • Manages A&P budget; identifies gaps, opportunities, and risks; recommends ROI-aligned actions to the state/market lead.
  • Liaises between Brand Teams and Sales to drive both sales and brand equity.
  • Business Development: uses competitive intelligence to identify new account opportunities for Commercial Sales to vet.
  • Participates in budget planning representing their respective areas.
  • Local Market Management: manages Distributors & Commercial Sales for Winemaker/Maison visits to ensure product availability.
  • Manages Local POSM in partnership with Account Leads.
  • Leads VAP forecast/allocation process in the local market and serves as a liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required
  • 5+ years trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
  • Strong business/commercial strategy experience with sales orientation or strong marketing experience with commercial orientation, field marketing, planning, communications and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial/analytical skills required
  • Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, and customer/consumer expectations
  • Highly refined organizational skills and experience managing a substantial number of projects and details
  • Ability to create partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals; monitors business news and market changes for impact
  • Experience coordinating across Brand Teams, Sales, distributors, and external partners
