Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage trade shows, dealer meetings, conferences, and customer events
  • Coordinate event logistics: booth setup, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Work with internal teams to align event goals, messaging, and staffing
  • Support on-site event execution and partner engagement
  • Manage relationships with event vendors and partners
  • Track event performance and identify opportunities to improve event impact
  • Support event strategy and measure performance to ensure Lithionics events generate meaningful customer engagement and sales opportunities
  • Support or lead product presentations, training sessions, and partner briefings during events and dealer meetings
  • Create, maintain, and deliver dealer and OEM presentations, training decks, and product education
  • Develop content for lithium fundamentals, system design, and product capabilities
  • Support dealer training sessions, webinars, and partner education programs
  • Manage dealer portal content and organize partner-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical information into clear, practical materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, or related roles
  • Travel: Approximately 20–40% travel for trade shows, dealer meetings, and events
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to dealers, customers, and partners
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, dealer meetings
  • Ability to coordinate logistics including vendors, shipping, booth setup, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build presentations and training materials
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
