Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Activate and execute Gaylord’s specific employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to the brand’s unique EVP.
  • Partner closely with Gaylord Talent Acquisition and People leaders to translate hiring priorities into relevant campaigns, messaging, and candidate experiences.
  • Support largescale, property level hiring initiatives while maintaining enterprise brand consistency.
  • Ensure employer brand messaging reflects the scale, energy, and career opportunity associated with Gaylord Hotels.
  • Develop clear, client-ready presentations that communicate Gaylord employer brand strategy, campaign plans, and performance results.
  • Collaborate with internal creative partners and external agencies to develop employer brand and recruitment marketing assets across digital, social, on property, and experiential channels.
  • Support Gaylord specific careers content and landing pages, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and relevant to frontline and leadership talent.
  • Execute light design and production work independently, including layout adjustments, image selection, and formatting, to enable timely delivery of assets.
  • Customize and adapt approved employer brand templates using design tools (e.g., Canva) to support property and regional needs.
  • Apply visual identity and brand guidelines consistently to maintain quality and cohesion across all materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related marketing roles.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Strong understanding of employer brand and recruitment marketing principles.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Ability to translate EVP and brand strategy into Gaylord-specific, market ready execution.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Experience supporting digital, social, and campaign-based recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Working knowledge of design and content tools used for marketing production; familiarity with professional design software is a plus.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Knowledge And Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting high-volume or frontline hiring environments preferred.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed organization preferred.
