Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the digital content playbook across web and app experiences — including but not inclusive to homepage, landing pages, education content, and campaign integration
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing to translate campaign briefs into compelling onsite and in-app experiences that reflect brand priorities and drive engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle planning, intake, QA, deployment, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Update and adapt creative assets for digital placement (e.g., resizing imagery, updating copy overlays, optimizing for mobile) using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Establish content intake and approval processes that ensure quality, efficiency, and speed-to-market.
  • Partner with internal team on the development of personalization and dynamic content strategies across digital properties.
  • Partner with analytics and CRM teams to measure content performance in GA4, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future strategy.
  • Build and maintain reports using SFCC, GA4, Power BI, and Tableau to track demand performance indicators and analyze digital behavior and trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content creation, version control, and digital publishing.
  • Build and maintain modular content frameworks and reusable asset libraries to enable scalable, audience-driven experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content operations, eCommerce, or marketing, ideally within an omnichannel retail environment.
  • Proven ability to design, document, and execute efficient content workflows and processes that scale across teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Products, and basic creative editing for content asset updates (e.g., resizing or creating images, updating text layers, ensuring mobile optimization).
  • Strong project management skills with experience using workflow tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to improve digital experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with or exposure to content management system implementation or migration projects.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, education/learning content, or vendor-supported marketing programs.
  • Background in modular content, personalization strategy, or digital transformation initiatives.
