Drive data operations and governance for Hearts & Science's multi-channel media data, leading collaboration, quality, and automation to support campaign performance.

  • Own end-to-end data operations and governance across digital campaigns to ensure accurate measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable data strategies, solutions, and governance.
  • Liaise across internal teams, offshore resources, and external partners to ensure cohesive data integration and campaign tracking.
  • Manage projects from requirements to completion with clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Oversee data integrity across campaign delivery, including harmonization, cleansing, QA, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee data flows for digital media buys across programmatic, search, social, and offline channels.
  • Advance data ops methodologies and automation to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor teams and foster collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in data operations and/or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, R Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • 1–3 years in an advertising agency analytics/operations or digital investment context.
  • 3–5 years in digital media data (ad servers, search, social, video, offline) and data governance.
  • 2+ years in client-facing roles and leading project teams (offshore a plus).
  • Knowledge across multiple media channels and diverse dataset types (paid, owned, etc.).
  • Familiarity with campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and data anomaly resolution.
  • Advanced communication, organization, and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
  • Experience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred
  • RStudio preferred.
  • SQL knowledge beneficial.
  • Python nice to have.
