Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mission Integration - Support delivery of a mission-focused Dare to Dream Schools campaign within schools
  • - Ensure mission messaging is reflected in school engagement and campaign materials
  • - Connect student fundraising efforts to impact and purpose
  • - Reinforce a positive and meaningful experience for schools and participants
  • Fundraising & Relationship Building - Lead execution of school-based fundraising efforts to support Dare to Dream revenue goals, coordinating closely with temporary staff supporting outreach and implementation
  • - Support participation, engagement, and fundraising growth within schools
  • - Oversee onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support for participating schools
  • - Translate strategy into clear plans and guide day-to-day execution within the school channel
  • - Oversee reporting, tracking, and data accuracy for school campaigns
  • - Support national school pipeline growth, recruitment, and retention efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign execution, program management, or school/youth engagement
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear communicator with ability to simplify direction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working in evolving environments with flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and respond quickly to questions and needs
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
