Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy for custom and high-value advertising campaigns.
  • Translate media strategy and advertiser objectives into clear campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures.
  • Partner with RFP teams and market leaders to develop compelling integrated offerings during proposal development.
  • Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, messaging hierarchy, audience insights, and execution requirements.
  • Guide sponsored content and integrated program storytelling by creating outlines, story structures, and editorial direction for long-form and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Strategy, Creative Execution, Ad Operations, and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategic recommendation through final execution.
  • Incorporate campaign performance insights into future messaging and creative strategy recommendations.
  • Work closely with partners across creative execution, sales, RFP support, ad operations, and campaign delivery, the team connects creative development with business goals and operational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, integrated marketing, or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated experience developing messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and narrative strategy required.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives and media plans into creative storytelling approaches required.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial direction skills required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operational teams required.

Preferred

  • Experience in digital advertising, media publishing, healthcare marketing, B2B marketing, sponsored content, native advertising, or integrated campaigns (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI specific tools from a strategic positioning perspective (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare marketing (preferred).
