Job Summary

Own the data and journey logic for Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, turning audience data into precise, timely communications across channels.

  • Growth/Automation: Manage Data Cloud segments, data extensions, and journey automations that drive segmentation and activation.
  • Campaign Enablement: Align requirements with marketing by documenting criteria, testing plans, and deployment timelines while mentoring peers on best practices.
  • Channel & Campaign Design: Build and optimize journeys across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-vehicle messaging to hit business objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various marketing lines of business to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and campaign criteria, ensuring accurate implementation within marketing campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for email, SMS, push, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and in-vehicle messaging.
  • Build and manage Data Cloud segments, audience segmentation, data extensions, and campaign automation.
  • Build and manage customer journeys, automations, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and triggered communications.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tested, validated, and deployed according to business requirements and timelines.
  • Analyze available data sources that can be used to enhance campaign segmentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development peers on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and platform best practices.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of business criteria with Marketing to ensure campaign segmentation is being done properly.
  • Facilitate campaign and audience sizing.
  • Assist with legacy/BAU work to assist fellow team members working on Salesforce transition.
