Responsibilities

• Branding - Alongside the Managing Director of Strategy and Communication, develop and implement branding strategies to ensure a cohesive, unified LT brand.
• Marketing - Alongside Program Leadership, develop effective marketing recruitment campaigns to generate awareness and interest in LT, leading to enrollment in programs.
• Digital & Social Media Strategy - Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media strategies that increase engagement with LT’s audiences and amplify the organization’s impact.
• Content Creation & Oversight - Supervise the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including email, digital, and broadcast marketing.
• Team Leadership - Manage and support a team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
• Other duties - Contribute to the Trust’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of people management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and proficiency.
• Experience working in a Mac environment preferred.
