Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Loyalty and Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY.
  • managing and growing the company’s loyalty programs, including setting up promotions, tracking performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all locations.
  • assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and organizing local events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with store teams, vendors, and partners.
  • gathering and analyzing customer and sales data.
  • writing and reviewing marketing content.
  • maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • supporting community sponsorships.
  • monitoring marketing timelines and budgets.
  • providing regular reports on program effectiveness to leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging marketing messages and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Sales and Customer Relationship skills to support loyalty program growth, drive promotional participation, and understand customer needs.
  • Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate community events, sponsorships, and multi-location marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency with basic office software, marketing tools, and data tracking systems; ability to interpret reports and make recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Understanding of retail, convenience store, or fuel industry operations is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lexington, KY and occasionally travel to local store locations and community events.
