Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., sponsorships, social, PR, new build support, sales tools), helping ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned to business objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics and workflow, including timelines, status updates, approvals, and asset trafficking across partners and channels.
  • Partner closely with Field/Sales, Brand, Communications, Events, and Analytics teams to gather inputs, align on needs, and keep workstreams moving.
  • Help define and document campaign briefs, including target audiences, key messages, channel tactics, and success metrics, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist with research and insights gathering (market research, competitive review, audience/consumer insights) to inform campaign recommendations and optimizations.
  • Support measurement and reporting, including compiling post-campaign summaries, performance highlights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on day-to-day execution items (e.g., creative updates, production needs, deliverable check-ins), escalating risks/issues as needed.
  • Contribute to team project management by maintaining trackers, meeting notes, and basic budget/invoice support; assist with business case materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or financial services field/sales
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills; able to build a strong business case, present and defend ideas and constructively optimize feedback
  • Bring a curious, eager-to-learn mindset and interest in building marketing skills through hands-on campaign work.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • Show enthusiasm for collaboration, working across teams, and supporting shared goals.
