Job Description

Responsibilities

Live selling and on-camera engagement with customers to drive sales and build community
Content creation and photography to showcase products and reflect brand voice
Assist with reports and organization to support team efficiency and event planning
Behind-the-scenes support and on-camera presence during live sessions
Bring positive energy to customers and team every day

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer engagement and live selling
Content creation and digital marketing skills, including proficiency with social media platforms and basic video editing
Understanding of branding and marketing strategies, with the ability to embody the company’s voice and values
Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to fostering customer relationships
Passion for fashion and retail, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work on-site in Jasper, AL and flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs
Prior experience in retail, social media management, or marketing is preferred
