Job Summary
Leasing professional owns property leasing performance, resident relations, and marketing initiatives, driving occupancy, renewals, and exceptional resident experiences across the community.
- Owns leasing velocity, property showings, and tenant satisfaction workstreams.
- Maintains inventory, renewals, and coordinated service follow-ups to ensure resident happiness.

Responsibilities
- The leasing professional is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community.
- The leasing professional should have very high energy and passion to make a difference in the lives of our future and current residents.
- Our team members strive to provide the best customer service experience to all clients and customers.
- Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
- Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.
- Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
- Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
- Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
- Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
