Job Summary
Own leasing data, resident retention, and event driven marketing operations for a property, with daily tour/route upkeep, campus outreach, and vendor management.
- Leasing data: Track metrics, generate reports, and drive follow up with prospects to push occupancy.
- Events and campaigns: Run monthly resident and marketing events plus housing fairs and on campus activities.
- Operations and compliance: Maintain curb appeal, protect confidentiality, and follow Landmark policies while coordinating social efforts.
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis
- Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal
- Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals
- Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors
- Organize and manage monthly resident events
- Organize and manage monthly marketing events
- Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events
- Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence
- Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents
