Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Jordan Sports Group's marketing division
- Secure product, endorsement, and paid partnership opportunities for our athletes
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, companies, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with player relationship leads to communicate opportunities and execute campaigns for athletes
- Help athletes develop, strengthen, and grow their personal brands
- Manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and brand requirements
- Oversee marketing interns and effectively delegate projects
- Develop creative partnership concepts, content ideas, and brand activations
- Track marketing opportunities, deal progress, and campaign performance metrics
- Create systems, processes, and organizational structure for the marketing department
