Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate candle-making and fragrance experiences
• Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner
• Create a fun, interactive, and memorable customer experience
• Capture photos and videos for social media content
• Assist with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and marketing initiatives
• Promote products, experiences, memberships, and events
• Meet sales goals and upsell retail products and experience upgrades
• Process transactions using Shopify POS
• Open and close the studio when scheduled
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Support private events, mobile events, and special activations
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards

Requirements

• Must be outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests
• Sales experience required
• Retail, hospitality, beauty, fragrance, or event experience preferred
• Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content
• Experience with Canva preferred
• Experience with Shopify preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Experience as an influencer, content creator, brand ambassador, event host, or promotional model
• Passion for luxury fragrances, candles, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
