Job Summary

Own the data foundation for performance marketing tooling, aligning roadmaps with scalable pipelines, dashboards, and cross‑team delivery.

  • Data systems ownership: maintain datasets and visuals while collaborating with engineers to scale insights data pipelines
  • Product and PM: write user stories, coordinate across groups and track initiatives to ensure on time delivery
  • AI/experimentation: prototype AI tools with the team to expand dashboards and accelerate insight generation

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Maintain product roadmaps for a wide array of Performance Marketing tools; drive progress towards goals\n- Live and breathe our data – be the subject matter expert and owner for the majority of our performance marketing datasets\n- Build and improve data pipelines alongside data engineering\n- Conduct high-level product and project management: create and track initiatives, write and approve technical user stories, coordinate efforts between different groups to ensure alignment and delivery\n- Collaborate with software and data engineers to execute improvements to existing processes and tools (and innovate by creating new ones)\n- Innovate and constantly refine how we communicate data and insights to our team and stakeholders – simplify and expand existing dashboards and solutions to increase use and impact\n- Facilitate any work with UX/UI teams on requirements for wireframes and design elements; translate functional requirements to software engineers\n- Leverage AI and LLMs to get out of your comfort zone – you will build your own prototypes and tools in collaboration with the broader team\n\nRequirements\n- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant subject area, such as Computer Science or Business Analytics\n- 7+ years of related work experience in Data Engineering/Analytics, Ad Tech/Media Analytics, or technical Product Management\n- Advanced expertise with SQL\n- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI\n- Experience with workflow tracking or project management tools such (e.g., Airtable)\n- Familiarity with data and software engineering processes and principles; loose knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages\n- Knowledge of ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Innovid, and DSPs (Google Display Video, The Trade Desk, Yahoo)\n- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines\n- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nNice to Have\n- Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking, and implementation\n- Experience with Spark and big data processing technologies\n- Experience building full-stack applications\n\nBenefits\n- medical, financial, and/or other benefits
