Job Summary

Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, aligning internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver consistent, professional campaigns that advance brand, client experience, and recruiting visibility.

  • Own cross-functional coordination of marketing projects with internal teams and external partners to deliver on-brand campaigns.
  • Drive consistent execution by managing deadlines and coordinating creative assets across content, SEO, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Align vendors and staff to maintain professional, timely delivery of marketing work.

Responsibilities

  • Central coordinator between the Firm, our SEO company, content creators, attorneys, staff, videographers, social media efforts, referral outreach, and recruiting initiatives
  • Help ensure our marketing actually gets executed consistently and professionally
  • Coordinate creative projects
  • Managing multiple deadlines

Requirements

  • Highly organized, proactive communicator with vendors, clients, and staff
  • Creative, detail-oriented writer and editor with strong writing skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain quality under pressure
  • Able to coordinate multiple deadlines without dropping details
  • Excellent collaboration with attorneys, marketers, and content teams
